Poor workmanship. Gary was very rude when we provided a snagging list upon completion of work. Gary did not finish the work and we had to get another workman in to rectify the issues. During the project our leather couch was used as a work bench and despite us covering our bed they removed the protective covering and placed items on it. Gary was given a key so that he could complete the work as and when he needed however despite being asked numerous times to hand the key back he has failed to do so. This has resulted in the locks having to be changed at our house.
