Leave a reviewUnprofessional and expensive
Unprofessional with poor communication. We had a repair done to a stone shower tray in September 2020. The website clearly states "TWO YEAR GUARANTEE ON ALL OUR WORK" When our repair failed i got in touch with the Bath Doctor. After three failed promises of call backs I was told the work was only guaranteed for six months. Either the website is incorrect or the person I spoke to is lying. I wouldn't recommend using this company.
